VIDZVIO’S REVISION POLICY

The number of revisions granted is determined by the package you choose. You are entitled to request as many revisions as stated in the package’s specifications. We are committed to offering the greatest services to our consumers and will continue to revise till your needs are addressed. If the design concepts are not changed, you do not need to pay an additional fee. You will receive your revised work from VidZvio within 72 hours.

VIDZVIO’S REFUND POLICY

Conditions for Refunds are null and void if:

Note: VidZvio holds all the rights to reject any project or cancel the contract whenever it deems necessary. After the refund, you will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose; they will be the sole property of VidZvio. The company will be the rightful owner of the designs.

If there is no response from your end for more than two weeks, your order will be archived. Please respond within two business weeks, or your project will be archived due to a lack of response. We pay our teams by the hour, and we cannot keep the resources for more than four weeks from the date of initiation. To revive your project, you must pay a charge based on the scope of your project.

SMS/EMAIL PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS COMPLIANCE

We send promotional SMS/Emails to our Subscribers.

We will respond to your refund request as soon as we get it. We will begin the procedure once the analysis is over.

You will not have any rights to any digital assets provided by VidZvio after obtaining your refund; the information will be transmitted to the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies to ensure legality.

Our promise of limitless revisions assures complete satisfaction. We try to exceed your expectations and work hard to meet them. We will not stop revising your design until you are fully satisfied (the number of revisions will be according to your package).

POLICY ON DELIVERY

The entire order will be sent to the specified account on the date specified on the Order Confirmation, along with a confirmation email. The turnaround time will depend on the bundle. However, two business days is the bare minimum. Contact our client support team if you need to place an urgent order.

RECORD MAINTENANCE

VidZvio preserves records of finalized designs so that if an order is misplaced, you will be issued the correct files.

COMMUNICATION POLICY

VidZvio will not be responsible for any communication done via any other platform than “info@vidzvio.com” or any numbers not provided by us or given on our official website. We are not responsible for any damages caused due to other contact details not provided by us. We take full responsibility for all the information provided through our official domains.
